carry out regular monthly inspections of all our overseas residents U.K
properties, with a property checklist that covers everything from roof
to basement, and include damp check, wireing and gas check, we also ensure
that all certificates required ie Gas/Electric are aquired annualy, and
that the general condition of the property is maintained. All maintenance
carried out on behalf of our clients must be quoted and approved, before
any
work is undertaken
